Dogwood Terrace, a 269 Unit Development of Public Housing, is primarily a family residential area. The site offers Boys and Girls Club and as well as the Girls Scouts of America. The Athletic Center is the result of a partnership between The Augusta Housing Authority, The Richmond County Board of Education and the Boys and Girls Club of Augusta. J.W.C. Helping Hand, Inc., a food pantry and distribution program, is also located at Dogwood Terrace.
