operates two Little World of Learning Child Care Centers at locations in public housing communities. Little World of Learning serves over 200 children from the age of 2 weeks to 12 years with high quality care. Cost of child care is based on a families income. Low income families are able to get child care and supportive services to assist them as they attend school or training or work to achieve self-sufficiency. The Young Mothers' Choosing Success program provides child care for teen mothers. It is this group of clients that often need care for infants as young as two weeks of age. While, it's not an ideal situation, it's often necessary for teens who need to stay in school and work toward graduation. Two of our centers are specially licensed by the State to accept these precious infants at such an early age. Funding for Little World of Learning programs comes from a variety of sources including: The Department of Housing and Urban Development, The United Way of the CSRA, and individuals in the community.
