These units are not pre-approved and any unit that you select will be required to pass an inspection. Please note that this list does not include every unit available to Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher holders, but rather the units that landlords have chosen to list. The Augusta Housing Authority does not guarantee the accuracy of the units listed. Please contact the owners/property managers for further information on these units. * Communication only through text or apps; avoids phone or office contact
* Requests for payment via wire transfer, gift cards, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, or cryptocurrency

* Verify listings on multiple trusted rental sites
* Search the address online for duplicate or conflicting listings
* Confirm the actual property manager or landlord
* Visit the unit in person before paying any money
* Do not share personal or financial information until the rental is confirmed
