The safety and well-being of our participants and landlords remain our top priority, and this change is being made to help ensure a more secure and reliable housing search experience.
Moving forward, AHA will utilize AffordableHousing.com and MyHousingSearch.com as the primary platforms for property listings. Both offer enhanced safeguards, including verification processes for listings and ongoing monitoring of owner profiles to promote a safer environment for users.
While no platform can guarantee 100% accuracy of all listings, AffordableHousing.com and MyHousingSearch.com actively works to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, helping to provide greater peace of mind for both renters and property owners.
We encourage all participants and landlords to use AffordableHousing.com and MyHousingSearch.com for listing and searching available units. Our goal is to support positive, secure connections between landlords and families, ensuring everyone has a safe and successful housing experience.
